For Sellers, I will design the perfect marketing strategy to exceed your goals and expectation. I will then implement the plan for the successful completion of the sale of your real estate. Once the real estate property is in contract, I will personally oversee every phase of escrow process to keep it running smoothly and to promptly resolve any issues that may come along.  After Escrow closes I will be there for any further questions or assistance you may have.
 
For Buyers, I will meet and discuss the vision of your perfect dream home that meets your budget. Once we know what you are looking for, we then discuss the LOCATION aspect of the search. Once we are all in agreement on Features, Price and Location, the hunt begins! I will provide you a REAL TIME access to MLS to save you time from checking homes that are no longer active or available for sale.  I will be there to guide you through the possibilities until I find the perfect home. Once in escrow, I will assist and guide you thru the process and will make sure the escrow goes smoothly and all the terms of the purchase agreement are delivered before closing.  I will also assist and arrange for final walk-thru of the property to make sure that there is no major changes on the condition of the property since the last time it was seen.  And finally to effect the transfer of possesion of  the property by personal delivery of the keys for your new home.
